The area of investment-attractive plot is 32,247 sq. m. The site is located in Kropotkin city. There is a local road, Elevatornaya Street(0.01 km), there. The distance to the federal highway "Kavkaz" is 1.9 km.

The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 128 km.
