The municipality offers to take on lease a land plot in the city of Kropotkin to implement an agrarian greenhouse construction project. 

The suspected target of using the investment-attractive land plot is to construct a greenhouse.

The area of investment-attractive plot is 29,860 sq. m. The site is located in Kropotkin city. There is a local road, Elevatornaya Street (0.01 km), there. The distance to the federal highway "Kavkaz" is 1.9 km.

The distance from the municipal center Kropotkin city is 5 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar is 128 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station Kavkazskaya is 4.7 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 120 km.

The site is in the state property, with the Municipal formation Kavkazskiy district as a right holder. The site is proposed to investors for rent. At present time, the site is not used and free from buildings.
