The Kavkazskiy district offers a land plot for the project on the construction of a logistics terminal

The municipality will lease a land plot out to the investors for the implementation of the project in transportation sector – on the construction of an automobile logistics terminal.

The area of investment-attractive plot is 49,996 sq. m. The site is located in Kropotkin city. There is a local road, Elevatornaya Street (0.03 km), there. The distance to the federal highway M-29 "Kavkaz" is 2.5 km.

The distance from the municipal center of Kropotkin city is 5.7 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar is 128 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station Kavkazskaya is 5.5 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 120 km.

The site is in the state property, with the Municipal formation Kavkazskiy district as a right holder. The site is proposed to investors for rent. At present time, the site is not used and free from buildings.
