The municipality will lease out a land plot to the investors for the construction of a complex of production & warehouse facilities, a confectionery shop, a store and an administration building.  

The suspected target of using the investment-attractive land plot in the Kavkazskaya Cossack village of Krasnodar region is to implement a large-scale project on the construction of a complex of production & warehouse facilities, a confectionery shop, a store and an administration building.    

The area of investment-attractive plot is 16,036 sq. m. The site is located in Kavkazskaya Cossack village. There is a local road, "Kropotkin-Timezhbekskaya" (1 km), there. The distance to the federal highway M-29 "Kavkaz" is 6 km.

The distance from the municipal center Kropotkin city is 9 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar is 156 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station Getmanovskaya is 0.8 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 156 km.

The site is in the state property, with the Municipal formation Kavkazskiy district as a right holder. The site is proposed to investors for rent. At present time, the site is not used and free from buildings.

The land plot is located in the district with developed infrastructure. The distance to the connection points: to the water system is 110 m, to the gas supply system is 950 m. The estimated value of maintenance of engineering infrastructure is 4.65 million rubles.
