Kavkazskiy district of Krasnodar region presents a project on the construction of a grain storage barn
The municipal formation Kavkazskiy district offers to invest into the project on construction of grain storage barn in the farmstead Vnukovskoye.
The project stipulates the organization of the construction of a complex on storage of oil-bearing, grain crops and silo-type corn of transshipment designation. The complex will incorporate 10 silos of total capacity of 63,264 tons. Inter alia: 5 silos of 6,325 cubic meters and 5 silos of 6,855 cubic meters. The grain storage barn will be able to store and process 253,000 tons of cereal crops. The complex services will be of demand among legal and physical entities of the district dealing with agricultural business on growing cereals as well as among wholesale trading companies.
A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 95.86 million rubles in the form of direct investments.
The project implementation period is 1 year, and the return on investment period is 5 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 40 new jobs.
A land plot of 31,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Vnukovsky farm. There is a local road, Zarechnaya Street (0.05km), there. The distance to the federal highway M-29 "Kavkaz" is 5.5 km.
The distance from the municipal center of Kropotkin city is 22.5 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 163 km.
The distance to the nearest railway station Mirskaya is 18.5 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 163 km, and to the seaport of Novorossiysk is 324 km.
