Kavkazskiy district of Krasnodar region presents an agrarian mega-project
The municipality offers the investors to implement a large-scale project on the construction of a complex on storage of cereal and oil-bearing crops.
The purpose of the pending investment project is to set up the construction of a complex on storage of silo-type cereal and oil-bearing crops of transshipment designation. The grain storage barn will incorporate 12 silos, the total capacity of the storage barns will make 70,848 tons: 6 silos of 7,173 cubic meters and 6 silos of 7,587 cubic meters. The estimated capacity of the complex will make: 283.4 thousand tons per year – on storage and processing. The services of the grain storage barn will be of demand among wholesale trading companies, physical and legal entities of the district specialized on growing cereal crops.
A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 127.9 million rubles in the form of direct investments.
The project implementation period is 1 year, and the return on investment period is 5.25 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 42 new jobs.
A land plot of 31,321 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Kropotkin city. There is a local road, Promyshlennaya Street (0.12km), there. The distance to the federal highway M-29 "Kavkaz" is 4 km.
The distance from the municipal center of Kropotkin city is 7 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 147 km.
The distance to the nearest railway station of Kavkazskaya is 6.5 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 147 km, and to the seaport of Novorossiysk is 308 km.
