Kavkazskiy district presents a project on the construction of a large processing enterprise
The municipal formation Kavkazskiy district offers to invest into the implementation of a mega-project on the construction of a plant on processing fruits, berries, vegetables and production of lacto-fermented juices, tomato paste and infant nutrition.
The investment project envisages the construction of a state-of-the-art high-technology enterprise on processing fruits, berries, vegetables from Kuban agricultural producers. The plant will produce ready-made juices, infant nutrition, and tomato paste as well as concentrated juices packaged into consumer packs. The volume of ready-made products will make more than 42,000 tons yearly: 5,848 tons of tomato paste; 4,636 tons of tomato juice; 5,135 tons of concentrated apple juice; 1,748 tons of concentrated grape juice; 606 tons of concentrated cherry juice; 3,491 tons of sugar-beet juice lacto-fermented; 6,911 tons of carrot juice lacto-fermented; 4,894 tons of pumpkin juice lacto-fermented; 9,120 tons of tinned meat & vegetables for infant nutrition.
The products will be sold to the residents of the district and Krasnodar region.
A business plan is produced was developed for the investment project. The project needs 1,928.14 million rubles in the form of direct investments.
The project implementation period is 1.5 years, and the return on investment period is 5.25 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 470 new jobs.
A land plot of 49,508 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Kropotkin city. There is a local road, Elevatornaya Street (0.4km), there. The distance to the federal highway M-29 "Kavkaz"" is 2.9 km.
The distance from the municipal center of Kropotkin city is 5.4 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 134 km.
The distance to the nearest railway station Kavkazskaya is 4.9 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 134 km, and to the seaport of Novorossiysk is 193 km.
