Municipal formation Kavkazskiy district plans to implement a promising project in the consumer sector

The municipality offers the investors to implement a project on the construction of a guesthouse.

Standard and economy class rooms will be fitted in the guesthouse. The number of guest accommodation services provided in standard and economy class rooms will 5，616 and 4，493 pieces respectively per year. As expected, the main consumers of the services will be residents of Krasnodar region and neighboring regions, business travelers, transit visitors of the city of Kropotkin.

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 23.36 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 1 year, and the return on investment period is 4.25 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 10 new jobs.

A land plot of 2,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in settlement of Mirskoy. There is a local road, Michurinskiy lane (0.01km), there. The distance to the federal highway "Kavkaz" is 9 km.

The distance from the municipal center of Kropotkin city is 22 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 160 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station Mirskaya is 1.5 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 160 km, and to the seaport of Novorossiysk is 320 km.
