The implementation of an investment project on the construction of a workshop on manufacturing metal products is planned in Kavkazskiy district

The municipality offers to participate in the implementation of a project on the construction of a workshop on manufacturing metal products.

As planned, an enterprise on manufacturing metal products (construction steel structures, power transmission and communication line supporting structures, guardrails and consumer goods) will emerge in the municipal center. The estimated capacity of the workshop will make: output of construction steel structures – 14，000 tons, power transmission and communication line supporting structures – 14，000 tons; guardrails – 8，000 tons per year.

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 226.05 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 2 years, and the return on investment period is 3.75 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 201 new jobs.

A land plot of 21,202 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Kropotkin city. There is a local road, Promishlenniy Passage (0.03km), there. The distance to the federal highway "Kavkaz" is 4 km.

The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 144 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station Kavkazskaya is 6 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 144 km, and to the seaport of Novorossiysk is 305 km.
