The Kavkazskiy district o Krasnodar region to present a large-scale agricultural project
The municipality offers the entrepreneurs to financially contribute to the implementation of an investment project on the construction of a sugar factory.
The project provides for the construction of a sugar factory which will produce 100,000 tons of finished products per year: 60 000 tons of granulated sugar and 40,000 tons of lump sugar. The produce will be sold to the residents of the district and Krasnodar region. The implementation of the given project will enable to create additional production capacities in close proximity to raw material suppliers – agricultural enterprises and farmers specialized on growing sugar beet and to reduce crop losses related to the need to transport sugar beet for long distances.
A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 1,019.21 million rubles in the form of direct investments.
The project implementation period is 1.5 years, and the return on investment period is 4.25 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 125 new jobs.
A land plot of 34,673 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Kropotkin city. There is a local road, Elevatornaya Street (0.4km), there. The distance to the federal highway M-29 "Kavkaz"" is 3.5 km.
The distance from the municipal center of Kropotkin city is 5.2 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 134 km.
The distance to the nearest railway station Kavkazskaya is 6.7 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 134 km, and to the seaport of Novorossiysk is 193 km.
