The Kavkazskiy district of Krasnodar region to present a project on the construction of a plant for producing juices from fruit and vegetables

The municipality offers to implement an investment project on the construction of a plant for producing vegetable and fruit juices in Kropotkin.

The project provides for arranging the construction of a plant for producing vegetable and fruit juices in the municipal center. The new enterprise will procure residents of the district and region with quality juices in the quantity of: 5.94 tons of tomato juice; 6.22 tons of apple juice; 1.99 tons of grape juice; 6.91 tons of carrot juice; 5.18 tons of pumpkin juice.  

A business plan is produced was developed for the investment project. The project needs 887 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 1.5 years, and the return on investment period is 7.25 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 255 new jobs.

A land plot of 35,329 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Kropotkin city. There is a local road, Elevatornaya street (0.2km), there. The distance to the federal highway M-29 "Kavkaz"" is 3.4 km.

The distance from the municipal center of Kropotkin city is 5.9 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 134 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station Kavkazskaya is 5.4 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 134 km, and to the seaport of Novorossiysk is 193 km.
